2. Purpose of the treatment, legitimation and conservation period.

ORIENTEED, SL may process your personal data in accordance with the following purposes:

USER CARE SERVICE THROUGH THE CONTACT FORM, SENDING EMAILS AND/OR USE OF THE WEB CHAT SERVICE (JIVOCHAT)

Purpose of treatment: we will treat the data strictly necessary to manage your request.
Legitimation: there is a legitimate interest on both sides for the resolution of requests or queries. In case of claims related to our products or services, the legitimacy is the fulfillment of legal obligations on our part.
Conservation period: the time necessary to respond to your request and in any case, until the expiry of the limitation period for possible liability actions derived from the treatment.

IF YOU WISH TO SEND US YOUR CV

Purpose of treatment: We will use the data to make you participate in the possible selection processes of ORIENTEED, SL. If your application matches one of our vacancies, we will contact you to set up a personal interview.
Legitimation: The processing of the data is legitimized by the consent that you grant us by checking the box "I have read and accept the Privacy Policy".
Conservation period: We will keep the data associated with your CV for 1 year. Once this period has elapsed, we will proceed to destroy them.

FOR MARKETING PURPOSES

Purpose of treatment: In case of subscription to our commercial information bulletins, personal data will be processed to manage that subscription and send you personalized information about our products or services through the email that you have provided us. You can unsubscribe in the newsletter subscription.
Legitimation: The legitimation is your consent.
Conservation period: until you decide to stop receiving our newsletters. You can request the withdrawal by sending an email to administration@orienteed.com.

MANAGE THE RECORD OF COMPLAINTS MADE THROUGH THE COMPLAINTS CHANNEL OF THE WEB PORTAL

Purpose of treatment: Your data will be processed to manage the processing of personal data in the internal information system on regulatory violations and the fight against corruption of this entity, guaranteeing the protection of informants against possible reprisals in accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of February 20. The data will be treated with the utmost confidentiality to manage the complaint filed.

ORIENTEED, SL has a reporting channel with a protocol for protecting informants against possible reprisals, so your data will under no circumstances be communicated to the persons to whom the reported events refer or to third parties and will be stored as established in said protocol.

If the communication was made verbally, we inform you that we must document it by recording the conversation or transcribing it by our staff responsible for processing it. In the case of transcription, you will have the right to check it, rectify it and accept it by signing it.

In any case, everything related to the whistleblower channel procedure will be governed by the provisions of its own protocol of action and in compliance with the legal standard.
Legitimation: The processing of your data is legitimised by article 30 of Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, which considers the processing of data for its application to be lawful.
Conservation period: Personal data relating to information received and internal investigations will only be kept for the period necessary. In particular, they may be kept in the information system only for the time necessary to decide whether to initiate an investigation into the reported facts.

If it is proven that the information provided or part of it is not true, it must be immediately deleted from the moment that this circumstance is known, unless this lack of truthfulness may constitute a criminal offence, in which case the information will be kept for the time necessary during which the judicial procedure is processed.

Unless the purpose of conservation is to provide evidence of the functioning of the system, after three months have passed since receipt of the communication without any investigation procedures having been initiated, the information must be deleted.

USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA

The data collected through our social networks are processed in compliance with current data protection regulations. We inform you that by using our social networks, you are subject to the data protection policy established by them.

Please note that when you comment or “like” posts, both the comments you make and your username will be visible and accessible to other users of the profile. You may edit and/or delete any comments you have made.
